Swagg Bandit's 10 Things to Splurge on

Swagg's 10 Things:

1.A nice, big faced watch!
When a girl (or dude) is checking you out trying to see what your assests are like, if any, the watch is the key item to scope out. I’m not talking Fossil, Diesel or Swatch either! A watch is something to splurge on. A nice gold, or stainless steel timepiece is essential for today's man!

2. A nice shoe.
If you ain’t got it like that (like myself), perhaps you’d want to go with a versatile shoe that can take you from the office to happy hour and also to the club. Over recent years, I think the most popular versatile shoe would be the Prada World Cup Shoe. You can wear it with a dress pant/khaki in a business casual setting, then pair it with a jean for the club.

3. The black leather jacket
To me, there’s nothing like a man in a classic black leather jacket. Whether it be motocycle cut, a bomber or a leather blazer, a black leather jacket is a must have.

4. A designer pair of frames
Either you may need glasses to see daily or you wear shades during your daily commute, they shouldn’t be some $5 frames from 33rd st. I suggest the classic Aviator/Cop glasses.

5.Your vehicle
As a man, I have a certain love for cars. The car you hop out of everyday speaks multitudes of your personality.

6.Your mother!
Her birthday, Valentine’s day, Christmas, etc. No one in your life should receive more fabulous gifts than the woman who brought you into this world.

7. Splurge on your apt, house,or condo!
You have to take care of home and make your living environment comfortable for you and your guests.

8. Splurge on people who splurge on you!
Your friends, your boy/girlfriend, your lover, your wife….if someone’s generous with gifts and tabs, then it should be reciprocated at one point or another.

9. Splurge on your kids!

10. Most importantly (something I’ve yet to implement in my life) Splurge on your future.
Save, save,save…..! You can never have too much money in your savings account. During this recession with all these lay-offs and also for 25-35 years from now when it’s time for retirement. $2,000 will be 7 cents!
